Broccoli
As we know that broccoli is an evening snacks item or
breakfast item which can be taken in either of time. But the dish of broccoli
we are going to prepare is to taken during the time of evening snacks.
INGREDIENTs:-
1.
1 broccoli.
2.
10 to 15 chopped garlic.
3.
5 tbsp. oil.
4.
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
5.
1 tbsp. of black pepper powder.
6.
1/4 tbsp. of turmeric powder.
7.
Salt as per taste.
Process:-

First cut broccoli in small pieces.

Now take a fry pan and heat it over gas.

Now add 5 tbsp. of oil to the fry pan and let
it warm.

After the oil warms now medium the flame and
add chopped garlic to fry pan.

Let the chopped garlic heat and become golden
brown.

After that now add broccoli to the pan, stir
the broccoli and cover the lid of the fry pan with medium flame.

Now the excess water will come out of broccoli
and it will be dry.

When it dries up now add 1 tbsp. lemon juice
to it.

In the dried broccoli add turmeric powder,
black pepper powder and salt as per taste and stir it to mix it well.

Now the broccoli is prepared serve it in a plate,
and taste this delicious dish.
