GAJAR HALWA
As we know that desert is being prepared in every occasion
and we have ate every time not only in our family but also in parties or
restaurant.
INGREDIENTs:-
1.
Take 5 to 6 carrots.
2.
4 cups of milks.
3.
10 to 12 tbsp of sugar.
4.
5 to 6 cardamom/powder.
5.
1 pinch of saffron.
6.
Some raisisn.
7.
100g of Ghee.
8.
Salt.
Process:-
1)
First grate the carrot into small pieces so
that it will become very small in piece and will be easy to make.

Now take a fry pan and make it heat so that after
heating it will be easy to make it.
3)
Afetr the pan is heated, now add 2 spoon of
ghee to it and make it warm so that the ghee will melt to liquid form.


4)
After the ghee melts and became warm now add
grated carrot to it and stir it gently so as to fry it.
5)
Now stir the carrot in ghee gently so that it
will not burn and the taste of carrot will remain, stir it and fry it until it
becomes golden brown.
6)
After the carrot becomes golden brown, now add
4 to 5 cups milk to it and stir it properly so that the carrot will mix with
milk properly.
7)
After 10 to 15 minutes add 10 to 12 tbsp of
sugar to it and stir it properly so that the sugar will mix with it properly.
8)
After the mixture becomes dry now add dry
fruits to it like cashew, raisins, pista etc.

9)
Now the GAJAR HALWA is prepared and serve it
in a plate and taste this delicious desert.
