PANEER CHILLY (English Recipe)


PANEER Chilly

As we know that paneer is a main course item so today we will see that how to make this main course dish for dinner items which can be taken with chapatti (roti).
INGREDIENTs:-
1.       Take 250 gm. of paneer
2.       4 piece of onions.
3.       2 piece of capsicums.
4.       1 small cup of chopped ginger and garlic.
5.       2 tbsp. of corn flour.
6.       ½ tbsp. of cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, Garam masala powder.
7.       1 tbsp. of Tomato sauce, Green chili sauce, soya sauce.
8.       1 tbsp. vinegar.
9.       1 small cup of oil.
10.   Salt as per taste.
Process:-
11)      First cut the paneer into small-small cubes so that they will be easy to make it. ”we will not fry the paneer using corn floor because by frying it, it will become hard and will not be good to cook.

22)      Now chop the onions into 4 pieces from middle so that it will have medium piece onion plucks.

33)      Now chop the capsicums into small-small pieces.

44)      Now take a fry pan and heat it over gas and let it become warm.

55)      Now add 1 cup of oil in the fry pan and let it heat with medium flame over gas.

66)      Now add the chopped ginger and garlic in oil and let it fry. Stir it gently so as to make it golden brown in color.

77)      After it becomes brown now add chopped onion and capsicum to it and let it fry.

88)      After all becomes brown now add the paneer to it and let it fry.

99)      While it becomes fry now add ½ tbsp. of cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder to it and stir it gently.

110)   Now add salt to is as per required and mix it well.

111)   Stir it continuously so that the item will not burn.

112)   Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp. of corn flour and take water mix it well and add it to the paneer in the fry pan and stir it gently.

113)   We are adding corn flour mix to paneer chilly so as to make gravy litter thicker

114)   After the gravy becomes little thick now add the 1 tbsp. soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce and vinegar to it.

115)   After it is being prepared now add ½ tbsp. of garam masala powder to it and mix it well and close the gas flame.




116)   Now serve it on a plate and taste the delicious item.
